This PhD trains senior legal scholars, constitutional experts and reform leaders to design legal frameworks that bring justice from community to national level. Year 1 is comparative study of legal specializations worldwide, local systems, and the impact of law on society - Your year 1 focus: foundations - legal specializations and effects, comparative legal reforms and state regulation, modern legal trends and reform. Year 2 is deep analysis of legal systems vs biblical law - governance, administration, land, ethics, comparative systems plus research methods and desk research - Your year 2 focus: comparative analysis - constitutions with biblical principles, legal government system comparative with biblical law case study, analysis reform and desk research. Year 3 is doctoral research, field research, defense, impact and implementation of legal reform.

The standards of analysis for every legal model are data, constitutional law, and Bible law case study on justice, mercy, stewardship, and equal opportunity. Graduates will produce national legal reform roadmaps and a doctoral thesis analyzing 20 legal specializations judged by Bible law case study and increase access to justice and reduce legal oppression in rural, town, and city areas.
