DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY IN POLICY DEVELOPMENT AND ANALYSIS
COURSE SUMMARY The Doctor of Philosophy in Policy Development and Analysis is a 3-year research-based program offered by Africa School of Politics and Governance at ASPG University. The program is delivered 100 percent online to students across Africa and globally. This PhD focuses on designing and analyzing public policies that promote justice, economic equality, and human dignity. The program has 4 core pillars: Fair Taxation, Economic Equality, Human Skills Development, and Land Distribution Policies as written in the Bible. Year 1 establishes the foundations of policy, economics, and the social effects of government decisions. Year 2 provides a comparative analysis of public policy against Constitutional Law and God’s Law, with special attention to biblical principles of land - land not for sale, jubilee, and equal share. Year 3 is dedicated to original research, where students develop a thesis and a practical national policy roadmap for reform. Graduates will be equipped to serve as senior policy advisors, researchers, government officials, and reform leaders who can shape policy that reflects justice and equity.
Attended online via e-Learning.
