Wise political mindset is defined as the conscious orientation of knowing one's value and interest, standing firmly on that knowledge, and refusing to allow others to undermine it or appropriate what belong to the self. It is not reducible to cunning, bargaining skill, or rational calculation. It is instead a normative and epistemic stance: an assertion that certain rights are final and non-negotiable because they are grounded in an authority that precedes and exceeds contingent political narratives.
